Right of Withdrawal / Model Withdrawal Form

Cancellation policy, terms for distance selling contracts:
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB. The above-mentioned right of withdrawal applies only if the consumer makes the purchase for purposes that are predominantly neither meant for commercial nor independent professional activity of the consumer’s use.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods, if they were inseparably mixed after delivery due to their nature with other goods, or sealed goods, the seal was removed after delivery and are therefore no longer suitable for return due to hygienic or health reasons.
The contract language of the withdrawal term is in German and only translated into English as a service for non-speaking German customers. The further implementation of the contractual relationship takes place in German. It exclusively applies the law of the Federal Republic of Germany as mentioned in section 13 of our General Terms and Conditions.
 
Withdrawal right Germany
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us AFT Systems, Auf der Rott 18, 67661 Kaiserslautern Tel: 0631 3119 5921, email: JS@aftsystems.eu by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e -Mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, which is not required.
In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the cancellation:
If you withdraw from this agreement, we have to return immediately all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for the additional costs arising from choosing a different delivery method than the most favourable standard delivery we offer), the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your withdrawal of this contract has reached us. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment as you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case, you will be charged for this repayment fees.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event, not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
